The app as of 4. November 2023, will not share any data with any external party unless done so manually.
It will store the information on fuel consumption inside the app, and backups will be stored as files on the device filesystem.
This is a fully offline app and requires no internet access to function, other than manually sharing the backups in text format and updating the app itself through google play/apple app store for improvements.

Nobody except the user has access to the data.
